We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original condition.  Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling charges.  Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for returns.

At this time we are only accepting orders from residents of the U.S.A.   All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $5 for rewards above Level 3. The shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $25.   Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
